Every year, SLEMA organizes a field visit for its members and their families. Accordingly, Annual Field Visit 2019 was made to the resort hotel
Jetwing Lake, Dambulla on 23rd and 24th November 2019. Participants were able to see and learn about the bifacial ground mounted solar PV system, the cinnamon wood fired steam boiler, the absorption chiller, the solar powered hot water system, the biogas system with solar thermal concentrator and many other energy efficiency and management improvement installations operational at the hotel.
Destination of the 1st day of the visit was Sundaras Resort & Spa in Dambulla. The team visited attractions near Dambulla on the 2nd day before heading back to Colombo after successfully completing the field visit.
