Who Can Join The SLEMA?
We have a membership exceeding 500, comprising of qualified and eminent persons. We are a unique organisation with interdisciplinary professionals. Thus we provide a resource pool to extend expertise to any kind of intervention in energy management and related fields.
Since we are the pioneer association in the field of rational use of energy in Sri Lanka, energy experts from around the country are linked through the SLEMA, making it a common forum for concerned persons, organisations and technocrats to share their experiences and excel in the field of energy. Regional and international energy experts and organisations such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC), International Financial Corporation (IFC), German Sociaiety for International Cooperation (GIZ), United States Agency for Internation Development (USAID), New Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) …etc., interact with us as a pivotal organisation dealing with energy and energy related activities and services.
